Refund Policy

At SilkTrim, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a hassle-free return and refund process.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items, such as gift cards, downloadable products, and clearance items, are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at silktrim.shop@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping

  • To initiate a return, email us at silktrim.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send your item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
